| First Choice Software to enter the Vacation Rental Property

Today, FCS has contracted to build a Vacation Rental service to list
properties in the USA and Worldwide.
The new site,
www.mycyberrental.com is expected to launch in September. Company
officials plan to target the Poconos in Pennsylvania PA and the Jersey Shore
in New Jersey NJ as their first 2 featured locations.
The new site will allow guests to search for vacation homes. This will be
their HomeAway from Home Search window.
